OSPMA - About UsThe Oregon State Personnel Management Association was founded with the sanction of the State of Oregon in 1958. The Association boasts a membership of nearly two hundred human resources professionals, agency managers, supervisors and technicians.The mission of our organization is to promote stronger, more effective personnel administration in Oregon state service by creating an environment where resources are shared and professionalism is enhanced. The purpose of the Oregon State Personnel Management Association is to provide development and networking opportunities for human resources (HR) professionals, agency managers, supervisors and technicians as well to foster communication, support and collaborative working relationships concerning relevant issues impacting our workforce.
